My Favourite Lyrics On Every Muse Song

I recently looked at my favourite lyric on every Bowie song (you can see that blog post and its rules here), and I enjoyed making it so much that I’ve decided to make it a series!

Matt Bellamy and Muse were the obvious next choice, but maybe not for obvious reasons – I think his lyrics were fantastic in the early years, but have dipped as time went on. The only way to decide for sure is to gather the evidence, so let’s get to it!

Aaaand that’s my list! This was an interesting one to make – not only did it confirm my theory that the lyrics got worse over time (hence why I skipped many songs entirely), but it also made me respect David Bowie’s masterful lyric work even more.
